RDV en 2025 pour une nouvelle saison et les 30 ans de RUBAN VERT !
A bientôt Matelots!
Sail down the River Erdre, a shrine for the local wildlife, where nature prevails. You will sail past “châteaux”, riverside mansions called “Folies Nantaises”, small harbors and larger bodies of water in a pristine natural environment.
Experience boating as it was when river sailing was one of Nantes’ popular pastimes.
Opening of the 2024 season on Saturday, April 6th.
Our boat hire base is in Sucé-sur-Erdre, quai de Bliesransbach. The town was already a “leisure cruising” center in the early 20th century.
How to get there ?
By car : About 25 minutes from Nantes city center.
By public transportation : Take the tram-train from the main railway station (SNCF) in Nantes and get off at the Sucé sur Erdre stop (35 minutes) then walk to the port (a 7 minute-walk).
Cycling : About 50 minutes from Nantes city center.
Stop for lunch in one of the restaurants on the harbor at Sucé-sur-Erdre. If you are out for the day, stop in one of the restaurants along the docks around Île de Versailles, or in the BM restaurant in Nort-sur-Erdre, 14 place du bassin, depending on your trip.
Discover the Erdre River by boat with Ruban Vert!
Starting from Sucé-sur-Erdre, you can either sail down river towards Nantes and admire all the castles on the way ; or sail up river towards Mazerolles’ plain and Nort-sur-Erdre.
Sail back to our Île de Versailles boat hire base in Nantes
