Ruban

Our Ruban boats are the smallest in the fleet. Designed like a small motorboat, they can take up to 3 adults (or up to 4 passengers including children under 10). They do not require a boat license and cruise at a speed of about 5 km/h. The ideal boat for a quiet trip on the Rivers Erdre or Sèvre. Our boats are 3.60 m long and can take up to 2 adults and 2 children.

As

AS boats are wider than the Ruban boats. These larger boats offer more room to move about on board. They do not require a boat license and cruise at a speed of about 5 km/h. Ideal for a half-day leisurely cruise along the Rivers Erdre or Sèvre, with friends or family. Our boats are 3.85 m long and can take up to 4 adults (or up to 5 passengers including children under 10).

Scoop

Our Scoop boats are larger than the Ruban and AS models. They can take up to 5 adults (or up to 6 passengers including children under 10)! They  are designed for a full day’s sailing trip in comfort and style. They have a friendly foredeck with a folding picnic table. The aft cockpit can accommodate up to 3 people. They  do not require a license and cruise at a speed of about 7 km/h. The ideal boat for a full day’s sailing trip with friends or family.
Before boarding, a €300 deposit is requested by credit-card.

Sensas

The Sensas,designed and manufactured in our workshops, is ideally suited for river cruising in terms of size, battery range, maneuverability and its 7 km/hcruising speed. It is ideal for all our river routes and can take up to 5 adults (or up to 6 passengers including children under 10).This boat is one of our customers’ all-time favorites!

The Set

The Set is Ruban Vert’s very latest electric boat model. It features  an awning to shelter from the sun, and a folding table. It cruises at a speed of about 8 km/h.
Only available from our Île de Versailles base in Nantes, Sucé-sur-Erdre and Vertou.

Most

This boat is 5.8 m long and can carry up to 9 adults (or up to 10 passengers including children under 10). This is our fleet’s flagship model!
Despite its size, it is as easy to steer as our Ruban Bleu boats. It features an awning to shelter from the sun. The boat’s size and its design into 2 separate areas mean that you can sail for a whole day in comfort and style: a friendly foredeck area, with a folding table, and an aft area with the cockpit.
It can cruise at a speed of 8 km/h. This means you can sail to Sucé-sur-Erdre and back in half a day and picnic on board. A full day’s hire, starting from Nantes, will take you to Sucé, where you can enjoy lunch in one of the town’s many restaurants; you can then continue your river “cruise” beyond the bridge, towards the Plaines de Mazerrolles before returning to Nantes in the late afternoon. A memorable outing for everyone on board!

Kayak-Canoes

Our kayak-canoe hire service is only available from our Île de Versailles base in Nantes. We have a fleet of 22 kayak-canoes. We have 2 different types of “sit-on-top” kayak-canoes: for 1 adult or for 2 adults + 1 child (> 6 years old).

Only available at our Île de Versailles base in Nantes.

This model is an ideal kayak-canoe combo, boasting the stability of a canoe and the maneuverability of a kayak. It is particularly well-suited for short-term hire. An ideal opportunity to see the wildlife of the River Erdre quietly and at close quarters. Remember to wear suitable clothing for kayaking.
